Regarding US Trade Policies

Starting August 29th 2025, all shipments to the United States will be subject to import duties due to the removal of the de minimis rule. To make your experience seamless, Swedish Stockings will cover these costs.

As a US customer, you will not face any additional charges, customs fees, or duties upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. Please note that customs processing may cause delivery delays beyond our control.

Our warehouse processes your order the following business day at the latest and you will receive an email notification with tracking information. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Köping, Sweden and usually processed within a business day. The additional delivery times are listed below.

Express shipping: 1-2 business days with DHL Express

Finland:

Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships. Delays can occur due to weather, customs, or high order volumes during promotions.

Although we strive to provide worldwide shipping, at this time we are unable to deliver to: Cuba, Iran, Irak, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, UAE, Singapore, Mexico, Israel, China, Hong Kong and Russia. If you cannot find your destination at checkout or wish for more information, please contact our customer service at info@swedishstockings.info.

Taxes and duties

Within the EU, all orders are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means that all taxes and duties are included in the price shown at checkout.

All orders to the US are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means that all taxes and duties are included in the price shown at checkout.

For orders to the UK, orders up to £135 are free of extra duties and charges. Import duty costs are not covered by Swedish Stockings.

International orders are delivered DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means that you may have to pay additional fees upon delivery of the package.

Kindly note that Swedish Stockings is unable to advise if you will have to pay taxes locally or any potential amount that you will be charged. For more information regarding additional fees levied by your local government, we suggest you contact your local customs office.

Returns

When shopping online, please be conscious of your consumption. Processing returns has an environmental impact, and we consider free returns to be an unsustainable cost. Hence, a fee will be added when returning products bought on our website. If you are unsure about the size or color, contact us at info@swedishstockings.info.

You can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days. Tights, knee-highs and socks can't be returned if tried on for hygiene reasons. Opaque bodys, tops and leggings can be returned if unworn and in saleable condition.

Sweden/EU: We provide a shipping label; shipping cost is deducted from your refund (39 SEK in Sweden, €6 in EU).
US, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, UK: We provide a shipping label and commercial invoice; shipping cost (€10) is deducted from your refund.
All other countries: Arrange your own label and send to the address below. Duties must be paid before shipping, or the return will not be accepted.

Returns must go to our warehouse for a refund to be issued.

Once received, your return is processed and inspected before approval, which can take up to 5 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks after approval for the refund to appear on your statement.

Swedish Stockings is not responsible for items lost in transit. Please keep your shipping receipt in case this happens.

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving it. This process might take up to 5 business days. Please also allow up to 2 weeks after we approve your return for the refund to appear on your statement.

Kindly observe that Swedish Stockings is not responsible for any items lost during the return shipping process, please save the receipt of the shipment in case your parcel is lost.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. You can withdraw before your order arrives or at any time during the 14-day period. To do so, use the "Withdraw purchase" button on our returns page here. Please note that all products need to be unopened for the withdrawal to be approved.
